We will provide the installation training and instruction ,After the installation inspection, our company will provide a one-year warranty.The wearing parts of the machine are provided at market price. If the meet problem which can’t solve by Remote debugging, we can arrange engineer to your factory, Refer to the details of the contract for the cost for arranging technical personnel.

It usually take 20-30 days, but for customized machine it will take more time.

You need to provide the bottle drawings and label size, and tell us the requirement of the production capacity.

Design drafts provided by customers [Commonly used layered format artwork. .ai, .psd, .cdr, .pdf, etc. designed by Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.

Our factory is in a cooperative attitude. We do not charge the sample fee for the sample. If you need to request the sample before you place the order, you need to pay the courier fee .

Generally, Our MOQ is 200Kg. the custom quantity fluctuates around 10% of the contract quantity, and the final amount is charged according to the actual quantity.

Our printing machine is gravure printing. The version is made by electro-engraving. The price of a single version is calculated according to the square. The total is charged according to the total color of the design. For example, the single cylinder is 70USD and the artwork includes 5 colors. The cylinder fee is 350USD. If the label is to be done again within two years, there is no need to pay the version fee.
