The production process of the machine is as follows: the bottles in the air supply channel are transferred to the bottle punching machine of the 3-in-1 filling machine through the bottle dial star wheel. The rotary plate of the bottle puncher is equipped with stainless steel bottle clamps, which hold the bottle neck and flip it 180° along a rail so that the bottle mouth is down. In a specific area of the flushing machine, special nozzles spray flushing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle and also to rinse the outer wall of the bottle. The bottles are rinsed, drained and then turned 180° upwards along the guide rail with the bottle clamps holding them. The washed bottles are exported by the bottle flusher through the bottle star wheel and transferred to the filling machine. The bottles entering the filling machine are held by the bottle neck pallets, and are raised and lowered by the lifting mechanism under the action of cams. The filling machine adopts the gravity filling method, the bottle mouth rises to open the filling valve to start filling, and ends filling when the material rises to the position of blocking the air return hole. After the filling is finished, the bottle mouth descends and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition wheel. The stopper on the capping machine snaps onto the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps rotating and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of cam, it can grasp the cap, set the cap, spin the cap and take off the cap to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle discharge conveyor chain through the bottle discharge paddle wheel, and then transferred out of the 3-in-1 filling machine by the conveyor chain.
