Reverse Osmosis Machine System.The main equipment ofare silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, hollow fiber, RO( reverse osmosis), UV sterilizer, precision filter, ozone generator, water tank etc. The treatment capacity is 0.5-50 ton/hour. It can effectively get rid of muddy organic matter, iron, manganese and oxide, filter suspended substance, colloid, remained oxygen of microorganism and some of heavy metal ion in the water, reduce the hardness of the water to make all specifications of the water quality fully meet the state fresh water standard of fresh drink water.

Introduction of the water treatment system

Water treatment is any process that improves the quality of water to make it appropriate for a specific end-use. The end use may be drinking, industrial water supply, irrigation, river flow maintenance, water recreation or many other uses, including being safely returned to the environment. Water treatment removes contaminants and undesirable components or reduces their concentration so that the water becomes fit for its desired end-use. This treatment is crucial to human health and allows humans to benefit from both drinking and irrigation use.


The methods of water treatment include physical treatment and chemical treatment.

The physical method includes the use of various filter materials with different pore sizes, and the impurities in the water are excluded by adsorption or blocking. The most important adsorption method is adsorption by activated carbon, and the blocking method is to pass water through the filter material to make the volume. Larger impurities cannot pass, resulting in cleaner water. The chemical method uses various chemicals to convert impurities in water into substances that are less harmful to the human body, or concentrates impurities. After the impurities in the water are collected, the volume becomes larger, and the impurities can be removed by filtration.

Components: Water distributor, water gather, pressure gauge, filter material, valves and so on.

Active carbon filter
Material: SUS304 stainless steel (Food grade).

Filter medium: Shuck shape active carbon
Water quality after treatment: need to be accorded with GB5749-85 national standard for living drinking water

Sodium ion exchanger
Material: SUS304 stainless steel (Food grade)
Filtrate medium: 731colophony

Function: This machine we also called softner , that Soften theory is Exchanging Na++ of resin itself instead of Ca++Mg++ of water resource with Ion to make water resource soften and become soft water.

Reverse Osmosis.
Reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technique that uses pressure as a driving force by selecting a function of permeating (semi-transmissive) membrane. When the pressure applied in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the aqueous solution, the water molecules continuously permeate the membrane. The impurities flowing into the central tube through the product water channel and then flowing out of the water at one end, such as ions, organic matter, bacteria, viruses, etc., are trapped on the water inlet side of the membrane, and then flow out at the concentrated water outlet end, thereby achieving the purpose of separation and purification.

RO selected Dow aromatic polyamide membrane  and supporting material of glass fiber reinforced plastic pressure vessels dedicated RO membrane element 30, sub-6 installed in pressure vessel, the installation water production quantity is 2.0m3 / h , water recovery rate is 70%, desalination rate is 97%.
