The filling and capping machine is specially designed for the new type of oral liquid easy-pull bottles and filling equipment. So, what are the adjustment methods for the filling and capping machine?

　　1, For the adjustment of the feeding half.

　　a. Adjust the bottle blocking plate A on the feeding half upward to shorten the bottle feeding stroke; adjust it down to lengthen the bottle feeding stroke.

　　b. Adjust the positioning bottle position left and right so that the bottle position is correct when the active teeth are running and the bottle is fed into the positioning teeth smoothly.

　　c. Adjust the bottle stopper plate B to make the width of the bottle inlet ≈ 22 mm or so.

　　2、For the adjustment of the filling component, the role of the filling component is to make the liquid through the filling device, one-way valve, needle timely delivery to each easy-to-pull bottle, so the needle must be appropriate when entering the bottle mouth, and the filling time should also be appropriate.

　　a. Adjust the side cam A to turn smoothly or reverse so that the needle is inserted into the mouth of the bottle just before the empty bottle enters the toothed position. And lift the needle before leaving the toothed position.

　　b. Adjustment of filling time: Turning cam B clockwise or reversing can adjust the needle to start filling liquid immediately after entering the mouth of the bottle and stop filling liquid before the needle leaves the mouth of the bottle.

　　c. Liquid volume adjustment: loosen nut 1 to adjust the top rod to the D direction, and the liquid volume increases; adjust the liquid volume to the C direction to reduce, while adjusting the nut 2 to the F direction to reduce the amount of liquid, to the E direction to increase the amount of liquid, adjust the limit position of the irrigator, so as not to damage the irrigator, the general irrigator inside the bottom to the drug spit not less than 15 mm is appropriate, the longer the infusion time the better.

　　3, For automatic stop, filling device working principle and adjustment.
