  Let's take a look at the process of the mineral water filling machine.

 

  1、 Bottles are transferred to the equipment by the bottle wind conveying system through the bottle dial star wheel. The rotary plate is equipped with bottle clamps, bottle clamps hold the bottle mouth along a rail flip 180 °, so that the bottle mouth is down.

 

  2、In a specific area, the nozzle sprays bottle flushing disinfectant or water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle.

 

  3、After the bottle is rinsed and drained, the bottle is held by the bottle clamp and then flipped 180° along the guide rail to make the bottle mouth upward.

 

  4、After washing, the bottles are exported by the bottle flushing machine through the bottle dial star wheel and transferred to this equipment. The bottles entering the equipment are held by the bottleneck pallets stuck to the bottle mouth.

 

  The filling valve is lowered and raised by the valve lifting mechanism under the action of the cam, and the filling is done by pressure filling.

 

  6、The filling valve is opened after descending and touching the bottle mouth to complete the filling process. After the filling is finished, the filling valve rises and leaves the bottle mouth, and the bottle enters the capping place through the transition wheel of the bottleneck.

 

  7、The capping stopper on the capping place is stuck on the bottleneck part to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps rotating and rotating on the capping place, and under the action of the cam, it can grasp the cap, set the cap, spin the cap and take off the cap to finish the whole capping process.

 

  8、The finished bottles are transferred from the capping place to the bottle conveying chain by the bottle discharge paddle wheel, and then transferred out of the machine by the conveying chain.
