　　Equipment features.

It is convenient and quick to change the bottle type.

　　2、Introduce advanced technology from Germany, Italy, and USA. Adopting the principle of equal pressure filling, the filling speed is fast and the liquid level control is stable. The material bin is a fully enclosed structure and equipped with a CIP interface.

　　3、Adopt magnetic torque type unscrewing cap head to realize grasping cap and unscrewing the cap. The screwing cap torque is steplessly adjustable, and the sealing is tight and reliable.

　　4、Horizontal rotary pneumatic capping device, with the function of not damaging the surface of the cap and having automatic cap replenishment for missing caps in the hopper.

　　5、The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and human-machine interface touch screen button and is equipped with alarm devices such as missing cap and overload protection, which can detect and troubleshoot in time, with a high degree of production automation.

　　The blending system of the aerated beverage production line generally includes sugar making (i.e. syrup making) and blending. After the syrup is sweetened and various ingredients are added, such as citric acid, coloring, flavoring and fruit juice ingredients, various raw materials are put one by one in the prescribed order to avoid insolubility or precipitation.
