At the same time, the material cylinder piston and the piston rod are fastened, if there is a loose please lock tight. And check whether the material cylinder piston O-ring seal is damaged, if there is damage, please replace it.

　　Again, the pure water filling production line material cylinder piston does not return after pushing to the top for the following reasons: the position of the flow magnetic switch, pressing the emergency stop switch, and readjusting the flow magnetic switch.

　　Finally, the barrel filling machine cylinder in the case of non-working insurance tube, material cylinder piston O-ring, two magnetic switches, etc. should be replaced from time to time new, filling head inside the filling spool is stuck, the spool re-installed position, and the position of the fixed magnetic switch, after the magnetic switch, must be fixed in the rear of the cylinder can make the cylinder work position, can not be moved.
