During the production process of bottled water 3-in-1 filling machine, rinsing, disinfection, filling, capping, and capping are carried out automatically without manual intervention, but the operator should closely observe the dynamics of each part and solve the problems in time in order to avoid accidents. 　　1、Filling error is mainly determined by filling volume, filling speed, and switching speed of upper and lower valves. The switching speed of the upper and lower valves is related to the viscosity of the product. The greater the viscosity, the slower the valve switching speed.

　　2、Adjusting the spring pressure of the valve should be determined by trial filling measurement and the experience of the operator.

　　3、The opening and closing speed of the concentration valve mainly regulates the spring pressure of the valve. When the spring pressure increases, the opening and closing speed of the valve increases.

　　The workflow of the bottled water 3-in-1 filling machine is as follows.

　　1、Put the empty barrel mouth bar into the barrel filling bracket, and the empty barrel gap movement chain moves one station. At this time, the empty barrel is inverted for barrel mouth and barrel body flushing.

　　2、The flushing process is divided into three processes: one is clear water, the second is disinfection water, and the third is sterile water. After flushing, there is 10s of drip time.

　　3、The cleaned barrel rotates downward 45 degrees with the chain, the plastic barrel slides out by itself, and then the barrel is turned upward 45 degrees by the top barrel cylinder so that the empty barrel is placed in the filling position to fill.

　　4、The filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, and the automatic exhaust filling valve opens one by one. The filling time is set by PLC, and the filling time can be corrected according to the liquid level reaching a certain position using the panel multi-function button. After filling to the liquid level, the excess water returns to the pure water tank through the automatic exhaust port to reduce the waste of pure water.

　　5、After the filling of bottled water 3-in-1 filling machine is completed, the filled barrel is pushed to the capping station by the outgoing barrel cylinder, and the capping is completed in the next filling step so that the whole production process is completed.
